Do I need to pay any fee to become a channel partner of BivocalBirds?
No, this service comes at zero cost for you. Just register with us and get your own dashboard where you can get leads and start working.
What happens if I don’t take any action for a lead?
Our customers are our priority and so is their satisfaction. If no timely action is taken by you on a lead, we will transfer your lead to another channel partner. This may hamper your rating.
Will anyone guide me regarding my work?
Yes, a Manager will be provided to you to guide you regarding your work. You can take their assistance whenever needed.
How will I get the leads?
On successful registration and verification, you will be provided with a dashboard of your own for our mobile and web application. You will receive leads through that dashboard. The dashboard will help you operate and manage your work smoothly online.
Is there any limit for sub users that I can create?
Yes. As of now, you can have only 5 sub users working under you. You can assign your leads to these 5 sub users only and they can take action on those leads independently.
Will sub users get separate dashboard too?
Sub users working for you will get different User ID to log in into our platform. They will get leads from the platform and they can take action independently on those leads.

What is the procedure for my payment?
After assigning a lead to you, our executive will accompany and guide you to finalise the deal. If you get a tenant for us, you will be paid from the tenant’s side and if you get the owner for us, you will be paid from the owner’s side. You can keep your profit margin made from any client (tenant or owner) you bring for BivocalBirds.
