Route Map of NaMo Bharat Corridor

The 82-km long corridor will connect key regions of Delhi, Ghaziabad and Meerut passing through both underground and elevated sections.

Delhi: Sarai Kale Khan - New Ashok Nagar - Anand Vihar

Ghaziabad: Sahibabad - Ghaziabad - Guldhar - Duhai

Meerut: Bhaisali - MES Colony - Daurli - Begumpul - Meerut Central - Partapur - Rithani - Brahmapuri – Meerut North - Modipuram (Depot)

The starting point at Sarai Kale Khan provides interchange with Pink Line metro and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. The ending point, Modipuram Depot connects to important residential and industrial regions of Meerut.

Fares and Ticketing

NCRTC has fixed the NaMo Bharat fares based on number of stations travelled and type of class.

Standard Fares: Rs. 20 - 50

Premium Fares: Rs. 40 - 100

Passengers can purchase digital QR tickets via Mobile Apps for paperless travel. NCMC Common Mobility Cards, Smart Cards as well as one-time RFID tokens will also be accepted.

  • Feb 2022: Tunnel boring commenced

  • May 2022: First train rolled out from Savli plant

  • Oct 2022: Inauguration of Priority Section

  • June 2023: Safety certification received
